Bumble and Bumble styling class!

I got the honor to work with Corinna Hernandez on some up styling techniques. The first look she showed us was on my client Trish's hair: It was a pretty messy side braid d(like I said, you'll be seeing it everywhere. It was more of a beach look.

The second look was our model Alex, she had the "Gizel" look. Wavy, big, and sexy!
I loved this look !

The 3rd model was Vanessa, she was my modern 60's girl. She was such a great sport. I did 3 different looks on her. First I did a 60's style but brushed it all back, then a cute little curly bob, then a modern loose wave using all bumble and bumble products.

We all got to try out one of the looks we liked, and this was my model Britney, and we called this look "The Amanda Marshall" haha She was so great! Hottieee

We had so much fun! Thank you to Kale Friesen for being our photographer!

Cop Style Fashion Show

I was asked to do the hair for a runway show for Cop Style on granville and 15th. I did 3 models, the look was a messy side braid. I really enjoyed doing the hair for this show, because it was a little more modern. We are seeing a lot of side pony tails in the up and coming trends in fashion, it went with the clothes perfectly. Enjoy.

Just at the Bar.

This is a shoot I did at Sip Lounge on Granville. I did the shoot with one of my other co worker- Amber. We both did 2 models each. It was awsome working with her! I also have to give credit to my wonderful models and friends- Cecila and Reannan! Had so much fun!
And I cant forget my fav photographer of all time Kale Friesen! Thank you all!

I wanted the hair to still have a classic look, but in an editorial way. This was one of the funniest shoots I've ever done!

Some of my Editorial photo sohoot.

Hair is Art. One way I like to show people the art in hair styling is through my photo shoots. I get inspired by textures around me, and I like taking that and recreating it through hair. I like looking at textures of leaves, sweaters, baskets, mmm and food. etc..etc..

This collection was inspired by different knitted sweaters. And the different patterns.

This was my first Avant Gaurd photo shoot. I used hats, and different art supplies to create shapes and textures. After this shoot I realized Avant Gaurd was my passion.
